Jacksonsville Revs up for Opening of Self-Driving Transit System

The Jacksonville Transportation Authority is preparing to make a potential switch from driver-operated shuttles to self-driving vehicle tracks along the Skyway structure within 4-5 years’ time. Chinese Internet Giant Baidu Prepares to Launch First Self-Driving Passenger Bus

Chinese transit systems will be getting an expensive facelift as internet search provider Baidu plans to fully integrate the country’s first autonomous passenger bus in 2021, and hopefully in 2018, have one out on the road.
